The Lebanon Mountain Trail Foundation is an independent charitable foundation established to support the long-term protection and development of Lebanon’s natural and cultural heritage and to advance public-benefit initiatives that connect conservation, education, rural development, wellbeing, inclusion, and responsible tourism.
The Foundation seeks to build a sustainable financial base through donations, gifts, bequests, partnerships, and other sources of funding, enabling it to provide long-term support for initiatives aligned with its mission. The Lebanon Mountain Trail Association (LMTA) is an important strategic partner and beneficiary, while the Foundation may also work with other qualified public-benefit organizations whose objectives and activities are aligned with its own.
Guided by prudent governance, responsible stewardship, and a long-term vision, the Foundation aims to create lasting public benefit for Lebanon and future generations.
By bringing together resources, expertise, and committed partners, the Foundation seeks to turn long-term vision into sustainable and lasting public benefit.
Our goal is simple: to help safeguard Lebanon’s heritage today, so that it remains alive, accessible, and meaningful for generations to come.
